Lucton School

Founded in 1708, Lucton School, in Herefordshire, has a long history of welcoming children and providing the care and continuity necessary to thrive.

Lucton School provides a secure, happy environment in which pupils flourish, academically, socially and physically.

Pupils benefit from small classes, a friendly atmosphere, and a wonderful, safe, rural location. There is a good mix of day pupils, weekly and full boarders, and the school provides an excellent all-round education which aims to bring out the very best in each individual.

Set within 60 acres of countryside, Lucton offers a huge array of sports including football, lacrosse, hockey, netball, athletics and tennis, in addition to an indoor swimming pool, a large indoor sports hall, and an Equestrian Centre with all-weather ménage, allowing students to ride at school and even bring their own horse

Boarders also enjoy a varied programme of weekend activities including cultural trips, rafting, go-karting, paintball, theme parks and much more, all included in the fees. Lucton has a strong academic record and is particularly proud to have been awarded ‘Outstanding’ for Equality and Diversity; an excellent reflection of how well boarders from all backgrounds are made welcome at Lucton. Admission can take place at any time of the year by interview and assessment.

In addition to CEA and 10% off Day fees, Lucton School also offers its own HM Forces Boarding Package.
