The school boasts a state-of-the art music centre; outstanding art,design, animation, and ceramicsprovision as well as a 250-seattheatre and a thriving dance department. Music is at the heart of the school with choirs, big bands,orchestras and rock groups all proving popular in the extra-curricular programme. The girls benefit from amazing performance opportunities including at Westminster Abbey and Dorchester Abbey and the recent New York Music and Art trip saw students perform at St Patrick’s Cathedral.

Lacrosse, netball, tennis, dance, trampolining, swimming, and athletics all feature highly both in academic PE and in the excellent extra-curricular programme, with football, badminton and cricket recent growing additions. 


Girls can board at Queen Anne’s on a full, weekly or flexi basis. An experienced team of House Staff work closely with each girl’s family as well as Academic Tutors and Heads
